01 Delivery Coverage
- Primary Coverage: All districts across Tamil Nadu, with priority service to Namakkal, Salem, Erode, Coimbatore, Tiruchirappalli, and surrounding areas.
- Extended Coverage: Select districts across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Telangana. Please confirm availability for your location before placing an order.
- Nationwide: We can ship to most PIN codes across India via reputable courier partners. Contact us to confirm serviceability for your location.
- Not Covered: Remote areas, certain hilly regions, and international destinations.

03 Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: Orders above a threshold value (communicated at the time of purchase) may qualify for free delivery within Tamil Nadu.
- Standard Shipping: Calculated based on order weight, quantity, and delivery location. Shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
- Bulk Orders: Special pricing and free delivery may be available for large bulk orders. Contact us for a customized quote.
- Express Delivery: Available for select locations at an additional charge. Please inquire at the time of ordering.
04 Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving confirmed payment.
- During peak sowing seasons (kharif and rabi seasons), processing may take up to 2 business days due to high demand.
- You will receive an order confirmation and dispatch notification via WhatsApp or phone once your order is shipped.
- For bulk or special orders, we will confirm delivery timelines directly with you before dispatch.
05 Packaging
All seeds are packed to maintain quality and viability during transit:
- Seeds are supplied in sealed, moisture-proof packaging appropriate to the seed type and quantity.
- Outer packaging is sturdy to prevent damage during shipping.
- Each package includes product labels with variety name, batch number, germination rate, and recommended sowing details.
- We take every precaution to ensure seeds retain viability throughout transit.
06 Tracking Your Order
- For orders dispatched via courier, a tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or phone once the shipment is initiated.
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the provided tracking number.
- For direct local deliveries, our team will coordinate with you on the delivery schedule.
07 Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it or take photographs before accepting. Report to us within 24 hours with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Lost in Transit: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier partner to trace the shipment and resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.
08 Delivery Responsibility
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete including PIN code.
- Sadeesh Agri Seeds is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
- If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a delivery notice. Contact the courier partner for rescheduling.
- Title and risk in goods pass to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address.
