At Sadeesh Agri Seeds, we are committed to supplying high-quality, certified seeds. If you are not satisfied with a purchase due to a genuine quality concern, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before raising a return or refund request.
01 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged (broken packaging, contaminated seeds, or physically defective product).
- You received an incorrect product (wrong variety, wrong quantity).
- The product has a manufacturing defect that is clearly identifiable upon receipt.
Products NOT Eligible for Return
- Seeds that have already been sown, planted, or used in any way.
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior written intimation.
- Products where packaging has been opened and seeds used even partially.
- Returns based on crop performance, germination outcomes, or yield expectations — as these depend on soil, climate, and farming practices which are outside our control.
- Orders placed incorrectly by the buyer (wrong product selected).
- Products purchased during clearance sales or at special discounted rates.
02 How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Provide proof — Share photographs or a short video clearly showing the defective or incorrect product, along with your order details (product name, quantity, date of purchase).

Await verification — Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.

Return the product — If approved, return the product in its original, unopened packaging to our address. We will advise on the return shipping process.

Receive resolution — Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
03 Refund Policy
Approved Refunds
Once a return is approved and the product is received at our premises:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method — bank account, UPI, or cash as applicable.
- You will be notified via phone or WhatsApp once the refund is processed.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered if only a portion of the order is affected or defective.
No Refund Situations
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been sown, used, or tampered with.
- Situations where the product delivered matches the order placed but the buyer changed their mind.
- Crop failure or yield dissatisfaction — this is an agricultural risk and not a product defect.
04 Replacement Policy
Where a return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost as an alternative to a monetary refund. Replacements are subject to product availability.
05 Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged goods), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a buyer-side reason (not applicable under this policy), the buyer bears the shipping cost.
